Impression Digital Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a dynamic account leader to own paid search and paid social strategies across integrated client campaigns.
You will manage budgets, define KPIs, run experiments, and collaborate with senior strategists to scale performance while maintaining a strong focus on ROI. This hybrid role offers real autonomy and progression toward Tier 1 accounts within a supportive, curious culture.
This role is an opportunity to elevate your focus, blending your hands-on technical expertise with the autonomy to design and own the overarching strategic vision for your accounts.
SALARY: £29,800

This is a dynamic, dual-discipline role spanning both Paid Search and Paid Social. While your day-to-day focus will naturally flex depending on specific client needs, our goal is to align you with integrated accounts that run both channels, empowering you to build cohesive, cross-platform strategies from the ground up.
At Impression, we will trust you with real accountability. We want you to treat your accounts as your own business - ensuring budgets are perfectly paced, proactively spotting challenges before they become problems, and bringing fresh, strategic solutions to the table.
Crucially, we want you to be relentlessly curious. We don't just want you to keep things running smoothly; we expect you to challenge the status quo and push boundaries. Whether you are experimenting with a bold new campaign methodology or suggesting a smarter internal process for the team, we want you to innovate. You will have the full backing of our senior team to help you test, learn, and transform your best ideas into reality.
As you grow, master this level, and continue to challenge best practices, we will actively support your progression into leading highly complex Tier 1 accounts alongside our Senior Strategists.
