This agency is looking for a Paid Media Strategist with the confidence to lead, the curiosity to innovate, and the commercial mindset to spot opportunity and run with it. You’ll split your time between hands-on campaign strategy and driving growth — both with existing clients and new business.

What You’ll Be Doing Leading strategy – Own the strategic direction across multi-channel Paid campaigns (Search, Social, Emerging platforms).
Driving innovation – Explore new platforms and technologies to keep your clients ahead of the curve.
Pitching in on growth – Support new business development, lead on proposals, and contribute to client onboarding.
Mentoring and developing – Guide junior team members and help level up the Paid Media team’s processes and thinking.
Collaborating across teams – Work closely with SEO, CRO, CRM and more to deliver integrated performance strategies.
Getting into the data – Use GA4, GTM, and platform insights to optimise campaigns and report performance effectively.
Balancing the mix – This role is 50% strategy, 50% new business — and 100% impactful.
Skills & Experience
5–6 years’ experience in Paid Media (agency-side ideal, fast-paced in-house considered)
Deep platform knowledge: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Bing
Strong track record of leading strategy and mentoring others
Comfortable with GA4, GTM, tracking specs and reporting
Proven experience working across multiple sectors (e.g. eCom, lead gen)
Confident supporting and delivering new business proposals
