The world is now centered around content, and we're seeking a talented Social Media Strategist who is deeply involved in strategy and execution. You should understand behind-the-scenes planning and be able to direct the stage effectively. Your ability to observe trends, nuances, edits, and psychology will help identify what works and what doesn't.

You will be responsible for orchestrating our social strategy, supported by resources and investment to create innovative content. Whether it's developing a new content series, refining visuals, or engaging communities, you will create content that elicits emotional responses.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with editors, copywriters, and content creators to develop and curate emotionally impactful content.
• Define social media direction and persistently overcome obstacles to publish innovative content.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to keep strategies relevant and cutting-edge.
• Manage in-house creators, setting benchmarks for deliverables, quality, and expectations.
• Partner with external talent such as editors, creators, and organizations to bring content ideas to life.
• Report to management with social overviews, strategies, and brainstorming sessions.
• Work with marketing and content teams to develop assets supporting campaigns, product launches, and daily content.
• Assist in refining and evolving brand guidelines across platforms as needed.
