MKJ Ignite is exclusively working with a FMCG challenger brand on an exciting journey. The brand is looking to hire a hands-on Paid Media Specialist responsible for managing a £1m annual spend.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering growth results. This is a hands-on role requiring experience with Meta Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads Manager, and Google Ads. You should also be able to review the role of performance media in the bigger picture and collaborate with the marketing team to achieve goals.

Required Skills

• Candidates MUST have 2+ years experience in Meta and Google; experience with Amazon and Citrus is desirable but not essential
• Must have managed campaigns independently
• Ability to be both hands-on and strategic
• Entrepreneurial mindset and data-driven approach
