Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking a data-driven, creatively minded paid media specialist confident in managing end-to-end digital campaigns across social channels, with experience in Google and programmatic platforms a plus. You should have a sharp eye for performance metrics, a proactive attitude, and a knack for turning insights into great campaigns. Responsibilities include optimizing ad sets, briefing creative, and advising on budgets. You thrive in fast-paced environments where testing and learning are key.

You should be comfortable with analytics tools, understanding attribution, and collaborating with creatives, strategists, and clients. We’re looking for someone curious, organized, and eager to improve results through experimentation.

You should apply if you have…

  • At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing across PPC and Paid Social, including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, and Google Ads. Experience with other paid media channels is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify campaign issues and suggest improvements.
  • Experience managing campaigns across search, display, social, and video platforms.
  • Ability to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize strategies.
  • Passion for industry trends and continuous improvement.
  • Strong client service and account management skills.
  • Project management skills from brief to delivery.
  • Ability to support and care for clients, making Quantum an integral part of their team.
