Were Pearl Lemon a globally distributed, wildly fast-moving digital marketing group working with clients across the UK, US, Europe, and beyond. With over 100 team members across 20+ countries, were scaling aggressively and we need a Paid Media Specialist who can take our campaigns (and our clients) to the next level.
What Youll Own
This isnt a role for someone looking to "get into" PPC this is for a sharp, analytical, and performance-driven Paid Media pro ready to lead. Youll manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and be trusted to deliver real results, not just vanity metrics.
Heres what your day-to-day might look like:
Create, manage, and scale paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more
Conduct competitive research, audience targeting, and keyword analysis
Build high-converting funnels that turn cold traffic into loyal customers
Monitor performance and optimize campaigns daily for maximum ROAS
Create in-depth reports and insights for clients and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and content marketers for integrated campaigns
Run A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize creatives and landing pages
Keep up with trends in performance marketing, platform updates, and consumer behavior
What You Bring to the Table
Were not looking for a box-ticker we want a problem-solver, an analyst, and a strategist. Heres what will make you a strong fit:
2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other key platforms
Deep understanding of conversion tracking, pixel integration, and analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.)
You love making sense of data and turning numbers into narratives
Youre familiar with performance KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and CAC
Youve used tools like Google Data Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Zapier
You can write or collaborate on ad copy that converts
You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and can work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
