Job summary

Footballco is seeking a driven Performance Marketing Executive in London to join our growing affiliate team. You will activate, execute and optimise global paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing.

You will collaborate with Affiliate, Client Services, Ad Operations and Social to ensure campaigns hit KPIs, stay within budget, and continuously test creative, audiences, and copy. This role is based in London.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on paid media experience in-house or agency.
• Strong proficiency with Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads tools.
• Analytical with high data accuracy and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Activation & Execution: Build, launch, and manage daily paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Search/PPC, and other platforms.
• Daily Optimisation: Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting, bids, creatives, and landing pages to hit KPI targets and ROAS.
• Hands-on Platform Management: Set up tracking, manage daily budgets, and ensure accurate campaign setup.
• A/B Testing: Execute regular creative, audience, and ad copy tests to gather actionable data.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track daily and weekly performance data, compile reports and insights.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Affiliate, Social, Client Services, Ad Ops to gather assets and implement tracking.
• Vendor & Platform Liaising: Assist with publisher/platform relationships and new ad formats.
• Budget Tracking: Monitor daily spend to stay within allocated budgets.
