We’re looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our team in London. If you have a proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns and love digging into data to drive results, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to refine campaigns.
Write engaging ad copy and collaborate with the design team on creatives.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
Prepare detailed reports on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS, highlighting key insights.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend new strategies to keep campaigns competitive.
Support and mentor junior team members.
What We’re Looking For:
6+ months' of experience managing paid media campaigns—agency or in-house.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads or Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Meta Business Suite.
Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
