Paid Media Assistant - £25,000

The Company

An exciting opportunity for an entry-level candidate looking to start their career in Digital Marketing, with a focus on Paid Media Campaign Management.

This is a hybrid role based in Soho, working with a fantastic portfolio of clients and managing campaigns across PPC & Paid Social Channels such as Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit.

If you want to start your career in a media agency specializing in digital marketing, this role offers excellent training and progression opportunities.

The Job

As the Paid Media Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Learning the foundational principles of digital media and understanding best practices across core platforms.
• Completing training across digital platforms as directed by your line manager.
• Assisting in campaign builds across all digital platforms used within the team: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit.
• Supporting the digital team in understanding the internal process from client briefing to campaign reporting.

You

Skills and experience required:

• A keen interest in digital media and advertising.
• Basic understanding of social and digital platforms is a bonus but not required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Confidence working with numbers and data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• An enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
