Your newpany
My client is an independent used car dealership in the Surrey area, looking to make their first marketing hire to continue to showcase their products and brand.

Your new role
As a Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for organic and paid social media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to showcase the brand and range of cars available. Your tasks will include creating content, scheduling posts, tracking reach and engagement, and reporting on ROI. You will contribute content to the website but will mainly focus on social media activities that drive traffic to the website and generate enquiries.

What you'll need to succeed
Applicants should have previous experience in social media, with examples of content created and results from social media campaigns. Familiarity with content creation software such as Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign, along with strong copywriting skills, is essential. You should be confident in social media reporting, capable of producing reports on reach, engagement, and ROI. The role requires the ability to work independently within a small business environment and willingness to work on-site. Video editing skills and an interest in cars are preferred but not essential.

What you'll get in return
The salary ranges from £22,500 to £28,000 depending on experience, with benefits including holiday pay and a pension scheme. You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of the social media marketing for the business. This role can be full or part-time (minimum 3 days a week) and requires on-site work at the dealership.
