Enterprise Mobility in High Wycombe/Aylesbury is offering a paid one-year Management Placement Programme for undergraduates. You’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations within a retail branch setting.

Qualifications

• Open to all undergraduate students regardless of university or subject.
• Assessment based on competencies and performance against them.
• Full manual UK or EU driving licence required; accommodations for those unable to drive.
• No drug or alcohol related offences on driving record in last five years.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: handle reservations, enquiries, and build rapport with customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners and develop relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand cost control and interpret profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: manage fleet, plan strategically, drive performance.
• Leadership and Development: mentor and train your own team with growth opportunities.
