Enterprise Mobility in Derby is offering a one-year Management Placement Programme for undergraduates. Based in a retail branch, you'll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while being paid.

You’ll take real responsibilities from day one, with mentorship and the chance for promotion and bonuses as you grow within a family-owned global mobility leader.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK or EU driving licence required.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.
• Applications from all undergraduate students regardless of university attended.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by handling reservations and enquiries.
• Build rapport with a diverse range of customers and partners.
• Learn operations and logistics, including fleet planning and profitability awareness.
