Enterprise Mobility offers a one-year Management Placement Programme in Wrexham. You will gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations within a supportive, fast-growing mobility business.

Qualifications

• We welcome all undergraduates regardless of university or subject.
• You will be assessed on core competencies during the placement.
• Driving licence is preferred but accommodations exist for disability.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: handle reservations, enquiries, and build rapport with customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners and grow networks.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand cost control and P&L basics.
• Operations and Logistics: learn fleet management and strategic planning.
• Leadership and Development: mentor and develop teammates with growth opportunities.
