Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is offering a one-year Management Placement Programme in York. As an Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations within a supportive team.

You’ll work on real responsibilities from day one and contribute to practical projects in a retail environment. From day one you’ll be paid, with opportunities for promotion, performance bonuses, incentives, and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Open to all undergraduate students; selection based on competencies.
• Full UK/EU driving licence accepted with accommodations for disability.
• No disqualifying driving offences in last five years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through reservations and enquiries.
• Engage with local business partners to grow network and relationships.
• Understand cost control and profitability and interpret P&L statements.
• Learn fleet management, planning, and performance driving.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members with growth potential.
