Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is offering a one-year Management Placement Programme for undergraduate students, based in Cornwall. This paid internship gives you real responsibilities across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations and more.

From day one you’ll be mentored, trained in-house and encouraged to grow, with opportunities for promotion and performance-based rewards. Applications welcome from all undergraduates; driving licence is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• This open role accepts applications from all undergraduate students regardless of university or subject.
• Full manual UK or EU driving licence is required.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by handling reservations and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing: connect with local business partners and grow your network.
• Understand financial mechanics including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Learn fleet management, strategic planning, and drive performance in operations and logistics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop your own team with opportunities to manage others.
