Job summary

Swift ACI in Camden is offering a paid Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. You will work with experienced nursery practitioners and complete the Level 3 qualification while supporting high-quality care and education for young children.

Your role includes helping with play-based learning, daily routines, and observing progress as part of a supportive team during the apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Reliable, punctual and committed.
• Friendly, caring and patient.
• Able to communicate well with children, parents and colleagues.
• Willing to work as part of a team.
• Organised and able to follow instructions.
• No prior childcare qualification required.
• Experience with children is beneficial but not essential.
• Willing to complete the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children's learning through play-based activities.
• Assisting with daily routines, including meals, personal care and outdoor play.
• Promoting children's social, emotional and physical development.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and engaging nursery environment.
• Learning to observe, assess and record children's progress.
• Working as part of a supportive nursery team while completing your apprenticeship training.
