Job summary

JustOT is recruiting an experienced Band 7 Early Years Paediatric Team Lead Occupational Therapist to join a service in South East London. The post focuses on leading the Early Years pathway and supporting children aged 0-5 with complex physical, developmental, sensory and learning needs.

You will provide clinical and operational leadership, supervise the team, collaborate with families and the multidisciplinary team, and contribute to service development.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Significant paediatric OT experience, particularly in early years.
• Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience supporting children with complex physical, developmental, sensory and learning needs.
• Excellent communication, organisational and multidisciplinary working skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Early Years OT pathway.
• Oversee the assessment and intervention of children with complex needs.
• Support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, child-centred occupational therapy.
• Provide clinical guidance, supervision and support to team members.

JustOT is currently recruiting for an experienced Band 7 Early Years Paediatric Team Lead Occupational Therapist to join a service in South East London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled paediatric OT with strong clinical leadership experience to lead the Early Years Occupational Therapy Pathway, supporting children aged 05 years with complex physical, developmental, sensory and learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Early Years OT pathway.
• Oversee the assessment and intervention of children with complex needs.
