Job summary

JustOT in Aylesbury is seeking a Lead Occupational Therapist (Band 7) for a permanent role within a school-based OT service. You will deliver a highly specialist, evidence-based service for children with complex neurodevelopmental needs, collaborating with a transdisciplinary team to align with school goals and clinical standards.

Salary: £47,810 -£54, 710 Term Time only (salary is paid for 45.6 weeks, same as NHS)

Our client is looking for a Lead Occupational Therapist Band 7 to provide senior clinical leadership and strategic direction for the Occupational Therapy service within the school. Deliver a highly specialist, evidence-based service for children with complex neurodevelopmental needs, ensuring integration across the transdisciplinary team and alignment with organisational strategy, clinical standards, and school goals.

Lead the Occupational Therapy service, shape strategic direction, contribute to senior management decision-making, and develop staff using our OT Competency Framework all with the backing of a collaborative senior team dedicated to supporting your growth and confidence.
