Job summary

Momenta Connect is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join our regional team in Doncaster. You’ll work mainly in schools with some clinic-based and remote opportunities, supporting students with a range of communication needs and contributing to EHCPs.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week, permanent contracts with flexible terms, and a salary up to £50,000 depending on experience. HCPC registration and paediatric school experience are essential.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is essential.
• Experience in paediatric, school-based or EHCP-focused settings is required.
• Ability to contribute to EHCP assessments, reports and outcome reviews.

Responsibilities

• Assess students with SEND, autism, developmental language needs and related profiles.
• Plan and deliver evidence-based, individualised interventions including direct therapy, advice and consultation.
• Contribute to EHCP assessments, reports and outcome reviews.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, carers and multidisciplinary colleagues to embed communication support throughout the school day.
• Review progress and adapt intervention plans for students with more complex needs.
