Job summary

Momenta Connect is seeking a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to work mainly in school settings with some clinic-based and remote opportunities where appropriate. You will support students with a range of communication needs, combining direct therapy with assessment and consultation.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, contribute to EHCP processes, and benefit from protected time for administration and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registration.
• Experience in paediatric, school-based or EHCP-focused settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess students with SEND, autism and developmental language needs.
• Plan and deliver evidence-based, individualised interventions.
• Contribute to EHCP assessments, reports and outcome reviews.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Balance direct therapy with assessment, consultation and collaboration.
