Job summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an SLT to provide clinical and advisory services to preschool and school-age children with diverse speech, language, and communication needs. The role spans community clinics and early years settings, working within an integrated team and multidisciplinary environment.

You will assess, diagnose, and deliver evidence-based therapy, including individual, paired, and small group interventions and parent workshops, while monitoring progress and adapting targets

Qualifications

• Provide clinical assessment and diagnosis of speech and language needs in children.
• Deliver individual, paired and small group SLT interventions and parent workshops.
• Manage a caseload independently with supervision as required.

Responsibilities

• Work across community clinics, children's centres and other early years settings.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary work with health, education and family services.
• Deliver care in line with professional guidelines and standards.
• Monitor progress and modify therapy targets as needed.
