Job summary

Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist to deliver paediatric assessment and intervention for children with speech, language and communication needs within a supportive team.

You will manage your own caseload, support early years and school-aged children, and contribute to service development. Training and collaborative work with schools/settings are part of the role, with supervision from senior clinicians.

Qualifications

• Paediatric speech and language therapy assessment and intervention experience.
• Autonomous practitioner able to manage own caseload with supervision given.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality paediatric SLT assessments and support for diverse communication needs.
• Work within a small, supportive Children’s Therapy Team and collaborate with settings and schools.
• Contribute to service development activities and quality improvement projects.
• Deliver training and advice to settings and carers, and provide reports for statutory processes.
