Job summary

Pulse Healthcare seeks a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist for a full-time, permanent position in Vauxhall, London. You will deliver targeted therapies to children aged 5–17 with SEND/SEMH within a specialist day school and work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Experience working with children with complex needs, particularly SEMH.
• Ability to deliver therapeutic interventions and support staff teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored speech and language therapy interventions to children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support therapeutic learning environments.
• Contribute to assessments, care planning, and progress reviews.
• Provide training and guidance to educational staff to ensure consistent, clinically informed support.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in line with professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to service improvement.
