Ealing Paediatric SLT Service, hosted within CNWL NHS Foundation Trust, invites an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join the leadership team. The role focuses on operational management and clinical delivery for children and young people across community sites and schools.

You will work with education, voluntary and social care partners to develop a scalable SLT service, driving transformation, quality improvement and integrated care initiatives within Ealing.

Qualifications

• Progressive clinician who would like to develop leadership and management experience within a supportive team.
• Experience in paediatric speech and language therapy and leadership roles is desirable.
• Willingness to collaborate with education, voluntary and social care sectors to deliver services.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership and operational management of the Children’s SLT Service in Ealing.
• Support the Clinical Services Manager and Professional Paediatric Therapy Lead in strategic management.
• Develop partnerships with schools, Local Authority, and other agencies to deliver integrated care.
• Act as CQC lead to ensure safe, effective, caring, well-led services and address any safety gaps.
• Contribute to service transformation, redesign, and new business opportunities within the SLT service.
