Our onboarding process includes training and a paid induction. During induction, you will shadow a team member to understand your role and meet your colleagues. Your management team and colleagues will support you as you put your training into practice.

You will be caring for a young client with Cerebral Palsy, who requires active airway management.

You will support the client in participating in activities as independently as possible, providing full support to enable this. It is important that you are willing to support these activities fully.

About you:

You must be a qualified Registered Nurse, preferably with recent Paediatric Nurse experience, and hold current NMC registration. We seek passionate individuals who go above and beyond, utilizing their skills to deliver high-quality care to clients with complex needs in their homes.

Your day-to-day activities may include:

• Oro-pharyngeal and Naso-pharyngeal suctioning
• Chest physiotherapy
• Medication administration
• Personal care
• Supporting social activities
