Job summary

Service Care Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a growing paediatric practice in South West London. The role is mainly school-based with some clinic-based and remote work, offering flexibility and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will assess and develop individualised therapy plans, collaborate with parents and teachers, and benefit from protected admin time and dedicated wellbeing support including a trial of 10% protected rest time.

Qualifications

• HCPC and RCOT registration
• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Paediatric occupational therapy experience ideally in school-based or specialist settings

Responsibilities

• Assess children and young people's developmental and learning needs.
• Develop, deliver and review individualised occupational therapy intervention plans.
• Work collaboratively with parents, carers, teaching teams and multi-disciplinary colleagues to embed therapy goals into daily life.
• Equip key adults with practical strategies and evaluate their impact.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to multi-disciplinary meetings.
