Job summary

St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join the Paddock School Therapy team in London. You will assess and treat children aged 4–19, with complex needs, within a busy school setting and collaborate with the MDT to develop services across Putney and Tooting.

The role may involve supervising and training support staff, with a focus on occupation-based outcomes and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Band 5 Occupational Therapist with registration.
• Experience in pediatrics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan treatment for children referred to the service.
• May supervise and participate in training of support staff.
• Work with class teams, parents and the wider MDT.
• Manage a caseload and deliver occupation-based outcomes and patient-centered care.
