We genuinely rate this team as one of the most supportive groups we work with. Every clinician we’ve placed here feeds back how valued, encouraged, and welcomed they’ve felt. It’s an independent OT and SLT practice that blends high clinical standards with a warm, family‑centred culture. The new purpose‑built clinic is also a huge draw — a sensory room, OT gym, feeding room, multiple clinic rooms, admin space, and proper staff areas. It’s the kind of environment where you can genuinely enjoy coming to work each day. You’ll be part of a collaborative team helping children “find the fun in function” and you’ll see the impact of your work first‑hand.
You will be based around Littleport, Lakenheath, and Brandon, with travel to Ely, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Norwich, and Cambridge, and by agreement to Peterborough, Alconbury, King’s Lynn, and Huntingdon.
Full‑time and part‑time hours are available. The working pattern can be tailored to suit you and the service. Expect a mixture of clinic‑based sessions and community visits. The new clinic space provides exceptional facilities designed to support quality therapy and staff wellbeing.
You’ll receive regular supervision, structured development, and a genuinely supportive environment focused on progression. CPD is actively encouraged and funded, with opportunities to expand your clinical expertise and work alongside highly experienced clinicians. The pay structure goes beyond standard banding, offering annual performance‑related increases and monthly bonuses. More importantly, you’ll build meaningful relationships with children and families, seeing the lasting impact of your work over time.
