Job summary

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Children’s Nurse (Band 5) to join the paediatric division in Gloucestershire. The role offers a robust induction, preceptorship, and funded CPD across paediatric specialties.

You will provide compassionate, safe care to children and families, working within a large, multidisciplinary team and across clinical areas including oncology and paediatric critical care. Day/night/weekend rotations apply.

Qualifications

• Registered Children’s Nurse with current NMC registration

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, safe, high-quality care for paediatric patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, deliver and evaluate care
• Discharge planning with a multi-disciplinary team
• Maintain accurate, concise patient records in line with professional standards
• Adhere to NMC code of practice and hospital policies
