A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team. The role involves providing high-quality care to children and their families, working within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal health outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment and care planning skills, along with a commitment to promoting health and well-being.
The post holder will work within a team of nursing and medical staff, acting as an allocated nurse for a group of patients. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating their care needs. The post holder will coordinate their workload, report to, and liaise with senior staff.
They will work within the multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality care in partnership with children and their families, adhering to the RCPCH Standards for children and young people in emergency care and short stay areas.
