Superior Healthcare is seeking a Paediatric Nurse in Lydd, Kent. Earn £29–£31 per hour with day and night shifts available. You will deliver patient-centred care under an individual plan, ensuring both clinical excellence and family support.

The role requires at least six months of children’s nursing experience in the UK, current NMC registration, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to work in the UK. Training and ongoing guidance are provided.

Paediatric Nurse – Lydd

We know from experience that excellent care depends on dedicated people. Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Paediatric Nurse in Lydd, paying £29 – £31 per hour, to deliver individual, person-centred care to our client with complex care needs.

You’ll provide safe, compassionate clinical care while supporting the child’s comfort, development and everyday life. You’ll also build trusted relationships with their family and the professionals involved in their care.

Job description

As a Paediatric Nurse with Superior Healthcare, you’ll support a child with an individual care plan designed around their clinical, emotional and developmental needs. Care is delivered with the child and family at the centre. You’ll provide clinical support while helping create consistency, reassurance and opportunities for the child or young person to enjoy everyday life as fully as possible.

Our client is looking for a bubbly and reliable nurse who has experience with tracheostomy care, seizure management, enteral feeds and oxygen management. You’ll need at least six months’ experience in a care role, a full UK driving licence and a compassionate approach to care for this role.

You’ll receive any package-specific training required before delivering care independently, with clinical guidance and ongoing support available when needed. The role also offers opportunities to strengthen your experience in children’s complex care and develop your clinical career.

Requirements

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Children’s Nurse.

• A calm, compassionate and child-centred approach.
• Understanding of professional boundaries and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
• At least 6 months children’s nursing experience in the UK.
