Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a Female Paediatric Nurse (RNC) to provide high-quality, person-centred care in a family home. You will deliver personal care, administer medications, and manage clinical interventions for a 12-year-old client, across day and night shifts in New Malden.

Registered nurses with an active NMC pin, 6 months of recent UK experience, and experience with gastrostomy/epilepsy care are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 6 months nursing experience within the last 2 years (UK based)
• Active registered on the NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council)

Female Paediatric Nurse (RNC)

Location: New Malden (KT3)

Shifts/working hours: Days and Nights (8-8)

Pay rates: £28.37 - £34.67 per hour (including holiday pay)

Our healthcare assistants/support workers deliver highly bespoke care shaped around the individual needs, goals and aspirations.

As a registered paediatric nurse, you will be providing high quality, person-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own home. On shift, you will be expected to provide personal care, assist with moving and handling and support with any clinical interventions specific to our client. Alongside, you will be expected to enrich their quality of life via community interaction and support in achieving their goals/aspirations.

About the role

In this role, you will be supporting our 12-year-old female client within her family home, who is living with several complex care needs. On shift you will be providing personal care, administering medications and managing our clients’ clinical interventions which include care and use of gastrostomy, epilepsy and chest physio (in-house training will be provided if required).

Role Requirements

• 6 months nursing experience within the last 2 years (UK based)
• Actively registered on the NMC
• Have experience with personal care, medication and manual handling
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training
• Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism
