The role is based at Barnet General Hospital with attendance at Chase Farm Hospital and other local sites as required.

The postholder provides clinical and professional leadership to ensure high-quality care, governance and patient experience, and contributes to service development.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing staff across disciplines to ensure high-quality care and governance.
• Ensure patient and service user experience is central to service delivery.
• Line manage departmental, ward managers and clinical nurse specialists; collaborate with senior managers to deliver service strategy.
