Job summary

HealthNet Homecare Limited is seeking a Registered Children’s Nurse to join our field-based homecare team. You will visit patients at home, school, or work, delivering high-quality care and teaching families to manage therapies.

The role involves travel across a wide geographic area, providing one-to-one support, IV therapies, and coordination with healthcare professionals to ensure safe, seamless transitions from hospital to home care.

Qualifications

• Registered Children’s Nurse (NMC) with current registration.
• Ability to use computer systems and digital tools in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of patient care on behalf of HealthNet and our healthcare partners.
• Teach patients, carers, or family members to self-administer therapies, or deliver therapies directly in line with service‑specific protocols.
• Carry out telephone calls, virtual consultations, and home visits as part of patient support programmes.
• Support patients and healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless transition between hospital and home care.
• Maintain exceptional standards of service and patient experience.
