Job summary

HealthNet Homecare is seeking a Paediatric Clinical Homecare Nurse to join our family of nurses providing in-home care for paediatric and adult patients across the UK. You will support patients at home, school, or work, enabling them to manage treatments safely and independently.

As a Homecare Nurse, you’ll deliver one-to-one care, teach self-administration of therapies, and manage more complex IV therapies in patients’ homes, in line with service protocols.

Qualifications

• Registered Children’s Nurse (NMC) is required.
• Computer literate and proficient with basic digital tools.
• 3+ years post-registration experience and homecare exposure are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of patient care in the home setting on behalf of HealthNet Homecare and partners.
• Teach patients or carers to self-administer therapies or deliver therapies per protocols.
• Carry out telephone calls, virtual consultations, and home visits as part of patient support programs.
