Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to acutely unwell children at home.
• Conduct assessments and manage treatment using face-to-face, virtual or phone contacts.
• Escalate care with hospital teams to ensure timely treatment.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records and support safeguarding.
• Work off-site when needed, including home visits, per policy.
• Lead and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure safety and quality care.
