Qualifications

Evidence of PEM commitment and experience in acute care.
GMC registration and eligibility for Specialist Register.
MRCPCH or an equivalent qualification.
APLS/EPALS training provider status.
BLS training up to date.
Safeguarding Level 3 training and experience.

Responsibilities

Cover Rapid access and general paediatric clinics and participate in Consultant service rota.
Provide PEM leadership and training to EM trainees and nurses.
Support quality improvement, audit, and research activities in PEM.
