Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is required.
• Experience as a Health Care Assistant in a permanent post.
• Experience with NHS computer systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the registered nurses in the Emergency Department.
• Prioritise and deliver care to paediatric patients in a fast paced ED.
• Maintain patient privacy, safety and dignity at all times.
• Assist with play and distraction therapy for children.
