Salary: £43,950
Location: Tees Valley
Driving license required
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, no weekend or bank holiday work
Assessing and reviewing care packages, providing practical training and clinical supervision to care workers, and working with healthcare teams across various settings including home, school, community, and day centres.
Engaging with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, hospitals, nursing homes, and learning disability establishments using your clinical expertise.
Participating in a paid on-call rota on a rotational basis.
Paediatric Registered Nurse with ICU/HDU or complex care experience.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic, and compassionate.
