Job summary

Pulse Healthcare is seeking a Paediatric Community Speech and Language Therapist to join a dedicated team in Wolverhampton. The role covers clinics, pre-school environments and schools, supporting children with Speech, Language and Communication Needs across multiple sites.

A car driver is essential to travel between locations. You will assess, plan and deliver evidence-based interventions, maintain HCPC standards and collaborate with families, teachers and multidisciplinary colleagues.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).
• HCPC registration and eligibility for membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
• Proven experience in paediatric speech and language therapy, specifically within community, mainstream, and pre-school settings.
• Access to a car and full UK driving licence (essential).

Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Paediatric Community Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) to join a dedicated team in Wolverhampton. This role involves working across a range of community settings, including clinics, pre-school environments, and schools, supporting children and young people with diverse Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN).

You will play a key role in assessing, planning, and delivering interventions to enable children to achieve their full communication potential. This post is ideal for a therapist with a strong background in paediatric community practice, particularly within mainstream and early years settings. A car driver is essential due to travel across multiple sites in the Wolverhampton area.
