Job summary

Trexo Robotics in the UK is seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our second UK-based hire. This hands-on, patient-facing role works with families, clinicians and healthcare partners to onboard, train and support using the Trexo device across the UK and Europe.

You will lead device trials at roadshows, provide ongoing clinical and technical support, and collaborate with global Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure a consistent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification paediatric physiotherapy experience.
• HCPC registration in the UK or eligibility to practice.
• Experience in paediatric community settings is preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~75% across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and hands-on training for families and clinical partners.
• Provide ongoing clinical and technical support to customers.
• Conduct Trexo device trials at roadshows, conferences, and events across the UK/Europe.
• Address daily customer queries via chat groups and manage support tickets.
• Independently set up, adjust, and troubleshoot the Trexo device.
