Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a paediatric clinical support worker to assist the nursing team in delivering high quality patient care. You will be trained to perform clinical observations, support hygiene and nutrition, and help escort patients around the hospital.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to a safe environment by maintaining IPC standards and participating in induction and ongoing training.

Qualificações

• Competent in completing clinical observations on patients.
• Good communication and record-keeping with nursing staff.
• Demonstrate infection control adherence and professional behaviour.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high standard nursing care under supervision of a registered nurse.
• Carry out assigned tasks including direct and indirect patient care as delegated.
• Assist with nursing treatments, escort patients within the hospital, and maintain patient safety and dignity.
• Chaperone patients during clinical examinations to protect privacy.
