The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Paediatric Staff Nurse to join the Paediatric Assessment Unit. The role offers full-time hours and the chance to contribute to expanding paediatric services for children aged 0-16 and their families.

You will join a friendly multidisciplinary team, work with an electronic patient record (EPR) project, and support a department that has been rated GOOD by the CQC.

Qualificações

• Registered Paediatric nurse with ongoing professional development
• Teaching and Assessing qualification desirable
• Diploma/Degree in Nursing required or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Participate in high standard of patient-centred nursing care
• Assist in family-centred, clinically effective care from admission to discharge
• Act as a role model for other staff
• Develop action plans, protocols and pathways for quality improvement
• Use appraisal reviews to progress knowledge and skills
