Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered nurses of all levels of experience.
• Passion and drive to provide excellent patient care for children aged 0-16 years.
• Newly qualified nurses or adult nurses with paediatric experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Participate in high standard, patient-centred, evidence-based nursing care.
• Assist in delivering a family-centred, clinically effective paediatric service from admission to discharge.
• Act as a role model for other staff.
• Contribute to action plans, protocols and pathways to improve quality of paediatric care.
• Engage in appraisal reviews to progress knowledge and skills.
