Paediatric and Education Specialist

Role Purpose:

To develop new and existing opportunities and commercial relations for Phonak as the leading authority in hearing instruments and wireless connectivity, broadening our leadership position in the UK market. This role focuses on the Paediatric NHS and Education/Government channels, aiming to build relationships with key opinion leaders to drive market share. It is a national role involving regular travel within the UK.

About The Role:

  1. Ensure Phonak UK sales align with strategic goals and manage all commercial aspects of our private portfolio in the territory.
  2. Lead the Paediatric Hearing aid portfolio within the NHS and Roger Portfolio within the Education Sector.
  3. Promote the full range of Phonak Paediatric Hearing aids to NHS and education accounts.
  4. Develop and implement commercial initiatives and strategies for Sky and Roger Portfolio.
  5. Achieve sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
  6. Collaborate with Marketing, Audiology, and Roger teams.
  7. Support sales team in meetings with key Paediatric and Education accounts.
  8. Organize meetings and events with relevant stakeholders.
  9. Represent Sonova at industry events and trade shows.
  10. Coordinate product and audiological training with customers.
  11. Attend regular sales and business meetings.
  12. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions.
  13. Introduce new products and ensure communication aligns with marketing strategies.
  14. Provide market intelligence and competitor activity reports.
  15. Manage diary and time effectively to meet coverage targets.
  16. Handle commercial offers within business guidelines.
  17. Ensure expenses are managed according to policy.
  18. Support Health & Safety requirements.
  19. Coordinate with management and internal teams on strategic activities.
  20. Develop business plans and proposals to grow customer relationships.
  21. Identify investment and partnership opportunities.

Education: Business or Commercial qualification.

Experience: Knowledge of Audiology and Education industry.

Other Requirements: Full driving license and computer literacy.
