Job summary

The Padel Hub in the United Kingdom seeks a Head Coach to lead and structure the padel programme within the club, ensuring high coaching standards, operational consistency and strong member engagement.

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, delivering coaching, running tournaments, developing the Coaching Academy, coordinating court rotas and driving the club’s padel activity across the community.

Qualifications

• Set and maintain coaching standards across the club.
• Oversee CPD and development for coaches.
• Design and develop a structured Coaching Academy Programme.
• Coordinate and support the wider padel programme.
