Powerleague Milton Keynes is recruiting a Padel Deputy Manager to lead daily operations for four new covered courts and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will manage a coaching team, drive participation through leagues and events, and coordinate local marketing to meet targets.

• Flexible to work shifts across evenings and weekends.
• Ideally LTA Level 2 Padel Instructor qualification (or working towards it)
• Experience running coaching programmes of developing a team
