Job summary

Everybody Health & Leisure is seeking a Padel Coach to deliver coaching at Barony Sports Complex in Nantwich. The role is self-employed with zero-hour basis, requiring the coach to deliver an agreed number of weekly academy sessions and offer private lessons at discounted rates when possible.

The successful candidate will work with the padel management team to grow and develop the venue's padel offering, shaping pathways and implementing a forward-thinking coaching strategy that promotes

Qualifications

• Experience delivering padel coaching sessions at a club or venue.
• Ability to run academy sessions and offer private lessons.
• Strong technical understanding of padel and the ability to reflect brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an agreed number of weekly academy sessions at Barony Site.
• Offer private lessons at a discounted court hire rate when appropriate.
• Contribute to player pathways and coaching strategy to increase participation.
