Job summary

Padelsphere is seeking a self-employed padel coach to deliver beginner group sessions, four-week courses, junior coaching, and one-to-one lessons at our new Northumberland venue. You’ll be paid hourly and can start with a few hours per week, then grow as demand allows.

We welcome coaches who already work elsewhere and want to add sessions here. We handle bookings and payments; you bring the coaching expertise and the ability to convert a complete beginner into a returning client.

Qualifications

• Recognised padel coaching qualification (LTA, BPCA, PadelMBA).
• Able to take beginners and progress them to next session.
• DBS/public liability/PI insurance required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver beginner group sessions and junior coaching.
• Run four-week beginner courses and one-to-one lessons.
• Manage bookings and payments as part of our service.
