The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an agreed number of weekly academy sessions, with the opportunity to offer private lessons at a discounted court hire rate. This role is ideal for a motivated coach with a strong technical understanding of padel and the ability to deliver high‑quality, engaging coaching sessions that reflect our brand standards while helping to grow and enhance the padel offering at the venue.

As a Padel Coach, you will play a key role in shaping the future of padel across our clubs. Working closely with the padel management team, marketing, events, and club leadership teams, you will contribute to the development of clear player pathways and support a forward‑thinking coaching strategy that encourages participation, progression, and long‑term player development.

Freelance: £25.00 per session
